Ate a raw chicken burger and narrowly avoided salmonella. Yum. Note that the left and right side of the burger are nice and white, while the center is fleshy and pink. Kudos to Arbys for hiring competent cooks.
Sunday: finally got around to doing some outside yard work. Well, Mike got around to doing yard work. I just put on my scrubby clothes and kicked a ball around with Shandi. I did manage to get the Xmas lights down, but not before I dropped the staples container several times (which resulted in some non-spirited games of 107 Pick Up).
Monday: baked a cherry chip cake. In an attempt to make vibrant icing to match, I used my concentrated paste icing colour in the lovely shade of rose. Note to self: if you drop some icing paste on the edge of the bowl, the only time it is a good idea to scrape it off the edge and lick it off your finger is when you want to dye your teeth and tongue bright pink. I'm just thankful I don't start work tomorrow.
