I Think I Need An Intervention

I found a website that I have fallen in love with, not just for the products that are sold, but for the sheer efficiency with which it is organized. My Sweet Bowtique is run by a woman named Shanna, who lives in Saskatoon.  I have bought two different shipments in the past two weeks and I don't think I'm finished shopping :-)

Shanna offers clips, headbands and crochet hats.  That may not sound like much of a selection, but you need to see the choices to believe it.  Say you want just a small clip with a flower on it...sounds simple enough, right?  So you click on flowers and you find you have three choices - casual, dressy or silk.  You want to keep things easy so you click on casual.  There, you discover you have FIFTEEN types of casual flowers to choose from.  After spending much time oogling the many adorable types of flowers, you decide on "Medium Satin Flower".  This is where you discover you have four more choices to make - (1) what type of clip do you want (2) what colour flower do you want (3) what colour should the centre of the flower be and (4) what colour ribbon to cover the clip.  You have two choices to pick from the clips, nine choices for the flower and four choices for the centre dot.

You think things are going swimmingly and that you're just about done picking out your clip when WHAT'S THIS?  272 CHOICES FOR RIBBON? HOLY HELL!  I could. not. decide.  There are just too many cute ribbons to choose from.  I ended up ordering just the following two clips:

Next, I clicked on "Headbands".  It's a similar scenario with the headbands where you have tons of different choices with regards to flowers, designs and colours.  I originally ordered one orange puff headband.  The instant I put it on Katelyn, I sent in another order for six more.  And I'm pretty sure I'll be adding to this collection in the near future.

I had also originally purchased a yellow headband with a non-removable flower, a single white headband and a brown crochet hat:

With the headband and hat, you get to choose a flower to put on each.  I originally chose a pink flower for the hat and a fuschia flower for the headband.  Again, when the items showed up, I put in another order and bought five more daisies.  I love daisies.

Because the flowers are transferable, I can mix and match and end up with fourteen different looks.  I didn't take pics of all the combinations, but you people are smart.  You get the idea :-)

You seriously need to check out her website. Seriously. Everything is reasonably priced and Shanna is super quick in answering any questions you have. Shipping is also super reasonable (unlike some items on Amazon where it's $3.00 for your books and $112 for the shipping). She also does custom orders. I'm considering get another puff headband with two puffs on it...Katelyn will likely resemble Wimbley from "Fraggle Rock", but it'll be just too dang cute!
