If You Ever Want To Strip A Dog Of Its Dignity...

...just buy it a bunch of clothes. I've mentioned before that it's time for me to have a baby because I keep buying clothes for my dog. Clothes that she rarely wears. Clothes that Mike refuses to walk her if she's wearing them. But I just can't stop myself. At least this spring, I was able to contain myself and I only bought her one hoodie (when I could have bought her four - one pink, one blue, one green and one yellow). Shandi does such a good job of humouring me. She stands very patiently while I put her jackets on and then she woefully follows me around, with a look in her eyes that seem to say, "Maybe if I wear this stupid trench coat long enough, she'll give me one of the good treats...the ones she pulls out from the back of the cupboard?".

Black polo shirt - good for the golf course or relaxing with a few beers
Reindeer outfit - a real hit during the holidays.

Reindeer antlers - also a hit during the holidays.
Santa outfit - for Christmas Eve morning when the boys open their presents from us.
Rain slicker - for days like today.
Pea coat - for those wintery, blustery days when she wants to be warm, yet stylish.
Trench coat - for attending special events on those brisk fall evenings
Christmas sweater - saved especially for Christmas supper.
Yellow hoodie - good for playing frisbee in the park or relaxing by the fire at the lake.
