I'm Not Only The President...I'm Also A Client

I don't know why I feel nervous writing this post...perhaps because of the vulnerability and uncertainty that goes along with venturing into the unknown?  Or because I feel like this is my second baby and what if nobody likes her?  Blarg.  I'll stop prattling and get to it...like ripping off a band aid....here we go...

*cough* *cough* taps the microphone

"Is this thing on?"

"Could someone please turn down the house lights and dim the glare on spotlight #2?  And could you all move out of my eye line...I can't concentrate when there's extras in my way.  Thank you"

*coughs again*

"Ladies and gentlemen, madams and mademoiselles...I have, behind this link, something never witnessed before.  It is a part of one of the most amazing technological advances known to mankind - the online store.  But this isn't just any old online store.  It is THE baby boutique where sassy meets sweet.  It is your one-stop shop for all your diva-licious baby needs.  From animal print leggies and darling baby bracelets to fancy teething bling for mom and ah-DOR-able baby shoes, we've got it all.  Well, maybe not all because some inventory shipments have been delayed and if we did have it all, it would be the only store on the web and that's just not possible...What's that?  I'm just rambling?  Ahem.  Sorry.  I tend to get excited sometimes. Where was I? Oh, yes...ladies and gentlemen, may I present to you...Sweet Baby K!"

Phew.  That wasn't so bad.  I'm glad I didn't go over the top with it and add a bunch of unnecessary fanfare :-)

So, there you have it...I am the proud business owner of an online baby boutique.  I have spent the last 2 1/2 months scouring the internets for (what I think are) trendy, unique, adorable baby girl products.  I have been bartering with sellers to get the best price possible.  I have been taking photos, organizing stock, creating spreadsheets and creating the website (I did not design it though).  I have been busy, busy busy and have loved every minute of it.

That being said, the website still needs a lot of touch-ups to be completed, but feel free to peruse it at your leisure.  Keep in mind that I am always adding new products (and I have a huge shipment of clothes, sleepers and shoes coming in!).

If you are local to PA, come check out my first tradeshow on Wednesday, November 10th from 7-9pm in the basement of John M. Cuelenican'tspellthename Library.
